With a “because she cares” approach, Princess will answer your questions, such as the application process or any uncertainties you may have about forms completion. Princess will GUIDE you without promising or making any guarantees. She has approximately 9+ years’ experience working for a variety of Government entities servicing a diverse populous, including children, adults, advanced age, and individuals experiencing a variety of circumstances, including financial, economic and housing challenges, to name a few. She is experienced applying laws and policies to Government programs, such as Child Support, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Disability programs, Social Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Retirement, Medicare and Medicaid. Therefore, her goal as a Government consultant is to help you, or provide an ear to understand your case. Princess is not a lawyer, and will not give any legal advice.

Why Princess? She is accustomed to responding to a high volume of customer inquiries while applying analytical skills and taking the initiative to research and resolve concerns as they arise. As a previous adjudicator, Princess understands case management with demonstrated excellent written and oral communication ability. Previous experience includes a high-level of transferable case management, receptionist duties, analyzing data, writing reports, court experience, running reports, investigative work, and familiarity with utilizing a variety of Government databases to meet Agency demands. Princess is experienced maintaining strictly confidential records. Accustomed to completing duties with quality assurance, and meeting deadlines. Hard working, organized and detail-oriented with ability to lead a team or work independently. Years of practical work experience enable seamless transition into new positions.
